Didn't we already know this?

I’m not sure tbh. I knew they were directing but I didn’t know they were writing. Might of been an oversight on my part but I’m not sure.

So Flash early 2022? That would make it 2 DC movies including Aquaman sequel. Two movies each in 2021 (SS2, Batman), 2020 (Wondy2, Birds) and 2019 (Shazam, Joker).

I kind of wish they brought back the dude who wrote Game Night, since that had a stronger script than their one for Spider-Man Homecoming, but it’s fine. They’re great directors, so I’m happy this is at least happening. Also hope they get Game Night-alumni Jason Bateman or Billy Magnussen as bad guys in this.

I think there will be more then that. I think new gods is further along then we think and if Black Adam actually goes into production in early 2020 like the producer says then that will be another one.

Since This guy is from new line he’s probably being brought in to keep the budget in check lol

@boyamama

Read English again as stated here, even just the Tweet headline, and it should make total sense.

(Well, there is a word missing... It should probably read "producing partner")

"New Line Cinema" has nothing to do with this, no need for confusion.

so which one is the truth?????...and hope ezra out.....

Both is true. New Line is what MCU is to Disney for Warner.  New Line is a studio Warner bought. So its still Warner just under New Line branch like Shazam is. Ezra is still Barry. Glad about that.

They actually said they rewrote Game Night more or less from scratch, but didn't receive a credit.

If production stars in November then a March/April 2021 release date is possible. They need to separate The Batman and The Suicide Squad though. Those two are too close but I suspect is due to the fact that WB doesn't want Batman to compete against Jurassic World on it's 2nd weekend.
