He really doesn't like superhero movies so it doesn't surprise me.

Yeah though it's interesting to see the ones he DOES really like.

-Shazam (4/5)
-Into the Spider-Verse (4/5)

-Across the Spider-Verse (4.5/5)

-Guardians Vol. 2 (3.5/5)

-The Suicide Squad (3.5/5)

Seems like a mixed review is coming from Ehrlich as he doesn't usually evade or mince words much if he loves or hates a film.

Usually yes but when he just have too much to say (good or bad) I’ve seen him just avoiding trying to compress it in a tweet before

I don’t think it will be a rave otherwise he would be sure but maybe not mixed as well, just conflicted

He also has Captain America: TFA as his number 1 Marvel movie in his Marvel rankings.

getting a lot of reactions that this is a dark dark film which should be seen before or after barbie as it ruins both movies

Very dark subject, that's for sure. People usually want escapism at the movie theater, so we'll see how it plays over the next couple months. Legs could be pretty bad if a lot of people are turned off by the long runtime and very serious/dark subject.

Shazam one stands out but the rest are fine.

But yeah don't understand why he so harsh on dark knight and begins  . Rises has lots of issues.

I'm very up and down with Nolan I saw Dark Knight when I was 11 and was kind of bored. Saw Inception at 13 and loved it. Then watched Batman Begins at 14 and liked it, but I rewatched TDK and loved it. Then I saw TDKR at 15 and thought it was the best in the trilogy. Saw Interstellar at 17 and was mixed at first but now love it. As an adult I can also say now that I'm pretty meh all on all the Nolan Batman movies, Inception is okay but I have issues with it, I LOVE Dunkirk and Interstellar, I liked the Prestige and was meh on Memento. Haven't seen Tenet, Insomnia or Following.
