I’ve got a lot to catch up on but this is a puny bull case ow

I think it's a reasonable bull case. About 30% more show times than yesterday. Can't see it going over +40% given that and more likely is even less since a large % of the new times are pre-3PM.

Why is Friday higher than Thursday as it falls on 24th? Shouldn't it be basically flat or see a decrease?

Yea probably.

Box Office is fine but man what a flop weekend thread. Won't be surprise if we miss 100 pages for may be 2nd biggest opener of all time.

The old weekend threads were only so big because of Pokémon porn.

Wow, just saw the definite recommend. Have we EVER seen higher? A+ foregone at this point, only massive omicron concern can stop the avatar club.

Endgame 85% A+

BP 91% A+

NWH 89%

Still not sure...

I can’t stress enough how Nat’s death, Tony’s death, and Steve going back to Peggy alienated like all of the tumblr crowd from seeing the film in theaters, or at least seeing it again.  They are still bitter about it.  Totally affected its legs.

NWH doesn’t have that. It’s pure happy fan service. Like this is super fun after two years of shit escapism fan service. Only reason this is gonna collapse is if Omicorn turns into the the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight meme redux.

Who the hell uses tumblr anymore?

It’s a reasonable mid case. Here’s a bull: 50 77 83 72

I guess it's semantics in the end. To me a bull case should be beyond the expected but still achievable. I don't see your bull case as achievable.I hope I'm wrong because I'd love a $280M+ OW!

FRIDAY UPDATE, Refresh for latest…: It’s a Peter Parker frenzy at international box office turnstiles with Sony/Marvel’s Spider-Man: No Way Home having grossed $114.2M through just two days of overseas play in 48 markets. Including domestic’s massive $50M Thursday previews, Spidey is going through the roof.

After reaching milestones in Korea, the UK and other markets on Wednesday (see previous updates below), we can now add that Latin America opening days totaled $19.25M. The film is the biggest opening day ever for Sony in Mexico, Argentina, Bolivia, and Ecuador. In Brazil, a $3.6M start makes No Way Home the No. 2 opening day ever, after Avengers: Endgame.

Elsewhere, Australia snared $6.3M for the No. 3 biggest opening day ever and Sony’s best of all time. India collected a huge $5.5M, the No. 2 all-time opening day for a Hollywood film, and Sony’s biggest.

Spain bagged the best Thursday opening ever with $2.3M and Saudi Arabia scored $1.3M, for the young market’s biggest opening day so far.

@charlie Jatinder any insight as to what you can see at the moment for the day? I remember you getting an idea of where we were headed about now on Endgame opening day time equivalent!?

I have an idea, just waiting for it to be very confirmed. This is first big film in a while.
