How to read those numbers? Seems like Scream 6 has more interest than Antman.

Too early to tell. Usually best to wait until two months before release to judge. Although Flash did jump 2% in awareness from last week, which is a good sign and showed the trailer was effective in getting people talking. Transformers' TV spot meanwhile barely moved the needle at all.

As far as I can tell, the Quorum numbers for AntMan and Creed 3 have been a waste of time for months. Something is wrong on their end.

I am thinking 50% boost today looks like happening and so @M37 prediction for today would be close for MTC1.

I still think $20M+ is possible. Sales over last week have been soft, particularly for Alpha, but just don’t think it’s clear how much of that is weaker GA appeal vs the distractions of the week just taking focus away and pushing sales later in the T-X time frame (a la Thor)

 

Gotta see some recovery/upward velocity with tonight’s updates though, or the ceiling for Thursday has to be lowered … just not yet

I think walkups should be solid enough. Despite mediocre reviews, there hasn’t been a tentpole in a minute. I do wonder if the dip yesterday could’ve been because of Valentines Day like @M37 suggested.

Seems tracking for true Friday is still at $30m-$35m which is pretty good considering previews will likely be sub $20m. I still have faith that the world building/set up/easter egg stuff will drive this. Maybe not to as high a gross as we thought early on during presales but still a healthy gross.
