So i have to choose one movie per year?  That seems kind of daunting.  Obviously there are many years over the last 100 that I have not seen.

 

And if I have JAWS as my number one film, I'm putting that first?  And for example, if I had Transformers second, I'd list that second?

 

So it would be (for example)

Thanks for the suggestions. I doubt I'll have time to watch all of those before the deadline, but many are already on my watchlist. I have actually seen Dumbo. not a huge fan... I might put it above Citizen Kane though after thinking about it.

In the 20s 40 minutes way consider feature film. So I will allow movies with 40 minutes of run time. Unfortunately I don’t want to shorten because that be consider a short film

So I have a list on letterboxd, that I created years ago and I have been slowly watching that made me a lot more prepared then I otherwise have been.
