Bond is certainly the most enduring. Its biggest gap between films is still only 6 years. I frequently joke that the franchise will outlive us all, but it's not really joke at this point.

The Universal monsters are certainly older films, but can they be considered a singular franchise?

 

I think the caveat is that Bond is Hollywood's oldest continuing franchise.
