Tower
Not exactly, BD release on 29, Jap. on 12, but it wasn't frontloaded because of that, http://boxofficemojo.com/movies/?page=intl&country=JP&id=rapunzel.htm It actually had increased a couple of times, so release on video seems like a minor factor for Japan... I don't think the video release has much effect, but in tangled's case what was very important to the legs was the fact that Tangled released just when the tsunami hit Japan. zackzack
FROZEN is already making money for Disney. Doesn't really matter if OS hits $400M or not. Look at Disney's result for 2013:

Hernan Gonzalez
I think Frozen should cross the 500 M. WW by the end of this year (next Tuesday). Maybe by the end of this weekend!!!! What do you think?
PatrickvD
By the end of the weekend is possible. It was doing gangbusters over Christmas here in The Netherlands and I see no reason why it isn't doing the same in France, Germany etc.
Hernan Gonzalez
You are right! Frozen earned more than 8 M. in the UK only (Mon-Fri)

druv10
Germany, France, UK and Russia are huge so far. OS total is at 152.6M should be well over 200M after the weekend.
Fullbuster
It should pass Tangled in Russia, and given the strong competition it's great.
zackzack
so $850M WW....damn I wish it could beat DM2 for No.2 spot
Dingdong123
Well this is currently outpacing Tangled and Wreck-it Ralph in almost all markets (except Hong Kong I believe). I don't know if that's enough to call it big.

eXtacy
THOR2 would never get pass $670M WW let alone $800M WW. Sure? You misunderstood. I'm not saying it will do 800m WW, that would be retarded, just that its been a large film OS (ranks number 8 this year).
