Kalel009Shel
THERE Was the Only one movie of 1997 period.. Its the standing force on how to make the ultra blockbuster that appeals to every creed on the planet.. It is the Titanic!!! Honurable mentions to: 1. Air Force One(Wow on the comeback of Harrison ford in this one) 2. Face off " To Trap him I have to become him!!" --Nicolas Cage and Travolta at their best 3. Good Will Hunting... What a cool standout amongst the giants.. And Robin Willams Performance, simply out of this world and all out incredible performances by Damon and the rest of the cast.. " Its not your Fault!" " Its not your Fault!" If you Think Titanic isnt superior to most movies on almost every scale. " That malfunction to your synapses is not your fault!" lol
Kalel009Shel
Titanic. End of story, really. Amen it single handled made Decapio and Winsets Careers and the great actress of the 20s-30s Gloria Stuarts career resurgence(Though she was quite the artist and painter after her first run as starlet in early Hollywood-- Stuart played Old Rose)

Honorable Mentions: Starship Troopers Face/Off The Fifth Element Gattaca Air Force One Looking through the releases that year, there are plenty of films from 1997 that I still need to see.
