Since I'm the same sort of age as Ethan, I wouldn't be surprised if he's never seen/read it before (whatever way one consumes Peanuts). It's not something that kids are aware of - which makes this film a bit of a strange choice to take on to the big screen. There are plenty of more relevant kids brands that don't have films. You guys also missed all the holiday specials being aired every single year of your lives, all the Snoopy commercials, and every toy and greeting card in Walmarts and Targets.
