Really? The US version is 106min. I'm pretty sure there was more than 7 minutes of " bloody scenes, zombie-killing scenes and fighting scenes ". It was more like 7 minutes without those scenes.

Probably just taking out the most gory/violent moments.

Historical comparisons should be made without service fees included since Mojin's gross was reported before the system was changed. Therefore, Kung Fu Yoga hasn't surpassed Mojin yet.

Is the service charge new? Just for online? Or just accounted for now?

If it's an add on and affects price, which in turn affects ticket sales then it should be included.  Japan and domestic have taxes that are included in BO reporting.

Just accounted now. Not new.

No way. Saturday+Sunday pre-sale = ¥18.03m. Civil War SS pre-sale = ¥27.4m at the same time. So RE6 will have a awesome OD with big drop on next few days.

Still don't get the hype for this. Franchise is not that big in China, even the one witb Li Bing Bing barely did well..

If i were to take a guess.. its because of the title "final chapter". Chinese are willing to give it a try because of that.

Yep. Final Chapter is a very appealing title. But Maoyan score won't be high

KFYoga is destined to make money.

I just didn't expect it to make more than $250M.

Is it because of :

Are you implying the success of XXX due to Deepika?

KFY is typical JC's movie with very very simple plot, action-comedy and diversity of the cast. I think the reason why it had very bad review from Indian critic bc the unbalance of Kung Fu and Yoga (it's like 95% Vs 5%), and Indian is bad guy in this movie. Indian company withdrew their money from this project after a month of filming, that's why they got this unbalancing imo.

Aarif Rahman shines in this movie.
