Claire of Themyscira
On the Oscar game I just put: Birdman Boyhood Foxcatcher The Grand Budapest Hotel The Imitation Game Selma Unbroken Alt: Interstellar (Would love to see Fury break in or Galaxy....)
MovieMan89
I feel fairly certain now it will be these 8 (in order of nom likelihood): Boyhood Selma Birdman The Imitation Game The Theory of Everything Gone Girl The Grand Budapest Hotel Whiplash But...since they do seem to love the number 9, I guess it would be wise to assume a 9th will be there too. In that case I suppose it will be the dreadfully dull Foxcatcher, although I have Wild pegged as a dark horse contender for the 9th spot too. I don't see how Unbroken makes it anymore after the complete Globes snub. The HFP adore her, so that seemed like its final nail in the coffin for them to even ignore it. rockNrollaDIM
Merp. Supposedly Universal sent the screeners late to HFPA and SAG, and it still got 4 Critics Choice noms. But not sure I'm buying that tbh.
MovieMan89
I truly thought Unbroken could win the whole thing a month ago, so I'm shocked to be saying I no longer think a BP nom is even in store. But it seems so unlikely now, unless maybe it's a full 10 nom category.
CoolioD1
unbroken could def war horse/extremely loud it. wouldn't count it out.
TalismanRing
unbroken could def war horse/extremely loud it. wouldn't count it out. War Horse had far better reviews. It could pull an Extremely Loud though but I hope not. There are so many more deserving movies there's no need bend over and let in a movie because it's subject matter is worthy even though the movie isn't.

CloneWars
Something tells me if it could be nominated that The Interview would get the 5% necessary for a nom, but I think since it is not getting a release that it can't get nominated (unless the Academy changes the rules which they always seem to do)
