Jonwo
I think DWA is trying to become like Disney with various external outlets like TV, theme parks, live entertainment etc but that took Disney a long time to become the company it is today and they have more than just animated films which is all that DWA have at the moment, it'd be interesting to see them develop live action projects but I imagine that won't happen. iceroll
Cool, I wanted Dreamworks to stay with Paramount, but if there was any studio that I didn't mind it leaving to it would be Fox.
BK007
Massive. Now Fox "owns" both the second and third biggest animation studios. Think of that. They can basically weave up the perfect release dates. Disney and Pixar need to step up their game. Seems like Blue Sky has now moved into the summer as well.More debacles like Cars 2 will cost them dearly...box office wise at least...certainly not merchandising and integrity wise. AniNate
Who would've guessed that Fox would ultimately become the biggest animation giant twelve years removed from Titan AE?
Gopher
Heh. There used to be Disney, Disney/Pixar, DWA and Blue Sky. Now it's just Disney vs. Fox. There's Sony and Universal/Illumination too, but their output per year is comparatively much smaller.
