Dammit!! These actuals just screwed me out of a whole lot of points in the BSG on SOTM 6.

And now JW doesn't get to be the ever elusive fourpeater and IO doesn't get to take MBFGWs record. Switch the estimates back!

 

Considering all the records and achievements JW already has, that fourpeat was just icing on top. It's not a big deal.

And now IO gets to have #1 for a week, which it totally deserves. 

No losers here (except for TG and MM, LOL).

Because JW isn't directly competing with Minions I think it drops less and holds #2.

Probably JP4. In addition to the fact Minion is targeting more of IO's audience than JP4's audience, JP4 will also benefit from drive-in double features with Minions since they are owned by the same movie studio. There's also the usual fudge factor for all studio holdovers when a huge movie opens. So JP4 will benefit from that (as will Ted 2).

Where is all this 100M+ talk coming from? Hopefully not this forum. There is nothing wrong with a 80M+ opening, maybe a little less. It's been a monster so far OS.
