I saw a few TV ads for RN that highlighted the RT score. Reviews aren't the end all be all for me in seeing a movie. But I think this is the first time I've seen that used

Pixels is the best Sandler movie in 5 or 6 years and I have only seen half of it so far. If the lead wasn't Sandler this would have gotten a 35-45% RT score for sure.

Haters be damned, Pixels is super awesome and tons of fun. Monday afternoon and theater is so full it might explode. The lines to buy tickets are insane.

It's not just him being lead that's the problem. But you're right, you remove him from the project and it has a very good chance at being better, though it wouldn't take much.

Critics review directors and cast. It is the only justification for Tomorrowland having 50% on RT and Pixels being under 20%.

Critics can be bias, the same thing happens with certain Bay films, had any other directors name been attached to Pain and Gain, it would be fresh.

Is it possible someone cut ... whatever the thread? I got notifiers for posts... I think I already got?

(answer then was, I know, I still think it's interesting to compare, as it is consistent)
