If this was almost any other country there might be riots and/or lawsuits I have little issue with the prices going up to demand. The refunds to sell at higher prices should be illegal everywhere. I loathe bait and switch, it's evil.

cdsacken
It's crazy how the most insanely expensive seats go the fastest. In the UK the $53 USD tickets went almost instantly . The cheaper $30 tickets in the same theater but worse seats took way longer to sell.

Let's remember all the drama last year when many of us were stressed out whether IW could open to $200M OW. If EG's OW doesn't match its presales, last years drama is bound to be repeated. 3 hours ago, Charlie Jatinder said: Yeah @fabiopazzo2 2 hours ago, fabiopazzo2 said: Because is fun 🤣. I think we know that MCU in presales in China is Star Wars in US. But $220mn at this point seems like big time low-balling. I don't see it anyway missing $250mn with regular Avengers quality. If it's meh in content, then ofcourse that's another thing and we will know it. I also advocate being conservative but what's point of tracking when you are pitching numbers way too safe. Don't we troll the websites when they say EG heading for $200-250mn weekend in US. Edited April 12, 2019 by Charlie Jatinder
cdsacken
Good that's insane. I mean look I'm all for experience based tickets with marvel apparel, special features, including food for like $75 a ticket. It's delusional but I could see it happening with $53 tickets with nothing including in England. However, $150 for non Imax....come on man. Cambridge is the 2nd most expensive city in the UK and Imax tickets here are $20 USD.
