I don't understand the point of it? It managed over 50 on Saturday and had a sort of normal drop on Sunday, Friday to Sunday drop? What? When no one else mentions that for any other film. The hate is unbelievable.

They are clearly up to something, but we're not allowed to discuss this.

There was even articles today defending the critics after all the backlash from the fans.

I just try to ignore media, this movie could go on to gross a billion and headlines would still read "worst movie ever to gross a billion" or "crosses the billion mark but comes up short of lofty expectations" I loved the film and glad it is doing well in the BO but I think this does spell the end for snyder as far as solo directing they will probably try to figure out a way to push production back a few months and have a new director who I wouldn't be surprised if they keep Zack on to maybe co-direct. Just so they don't have to push it back to far and can still make the release date.

Unless they have changed it, this thing shoots in 3 weeks.  I don't know if they even have the time to wait and fire him.

They will know if it reaches 1B with next week's drops.

I was hoping it could at least beat Iron Man 3, but 166 is still an excellent number.

Question - Will any future DC movies be able to surpass $166 million opening? Personally I hardly see that happening.
