I really don't think Justice League is getting over 300M

Yeah, given direct competition with Thor and then E8 a month later, I'm giving it only around 250ish unless...

Wonder Woman is very well received (but lol this is DCEU)

and/or the movie itself is very well received (but lol this is DCEU)

Yeah, I see Justice League topping $300m, but I think people should tread with caution. After all, Mockingjay 2 only did $281m with a ton of $400m+ predictions, and that one had a lot more going for it than Justice League does right now.

250M DOM for JL seems legit, anything over and that would be a bonus for WB given how the DCeU has shaped up so far.

I think WW needs to save a lot of face or you aren't going to see the hype and OW for JL be anywhere near as big as for past DCEU offerings. If WW gets bad WOM and another 2x multi, then JL could do worse than 250.

The trailer of Beauty & the Beast is very worrisome to me.

The 1992 version was already "modern" & contemporary, & pitch perfect.

This 2017 version seems to be a basic, almost  shot for shot remake of the 1992 version with very little  added value.

And it wasn't even that gorgeous and spectacular visually.

Maybe I am wrong and the trailer gives a false impression, which happens sometimes.

Also, Emma Watson ...

My point is the movie could be a shocking box office story of 2017.

I have my doubts as well. but I was one of the biggest Rogue One doubters and was proven completely wrong with that. regardless it will open huge and even with so-so reviews I think $300m is pretty much a guarantee.

Every one of those fairy tale adaptations tried to bring something new to the table because they were doing new versions of movies that were 40+ years old.

Disney s Beauty & the Beast is "only" 25 so I wonder what will be the twist here.
