There is more creativity displayed in 5 minutes of footage in Rogue One than in the entirety of Force Awkens and its Blu-Ray bonus scenes and making-ofs.

 

JJ was so anally obsessed to get the OT feel he only managed to deliver a decent Xerox copy with zero (very little) creative spark & no grandeur whatsoever.

JJ nailed the characters tho, as he always does.

Grain of salt for sure, but they did report that the East Coast shows were running around 50% of TFA's performance on the East Coast. So that would put $30m in the right ballpark.

Oh, I remember. Ice Age was the worst one. I mean, Id rather watch it than a Chilmunks movie, but thats a low bar.
