What indies does your theater have?

Some Bollywood/foreign stuff mostly...it's why I don't bother listing them...they aren't the movies that look at expansions in the US:)...most of the ones this theater gets are ones I've never heard of (this week, it's Jai Lava Kusa and Simran)...

Ninjago and Kingsman both have 9 showings on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at North Shore.

However on a nice note, recently Marcus Cinemas has started showings for those with special needs on Saturday. Ninjago has a showing on it's opening Saturday (along with Pony, Thor, JL, Coco, Jedi, Ferdinand, Paddington 2, Peter Rabbit, and Black Panther) for those with special needs which is a very nice and kind thing to do, so everyone can see and have the chance to see a movie.

It's weird how Open Road has their TCs out a couple days early:

> DECLINING
3 4 Home Again Open Road Films 2,685 -351 -11.6% 3
6 15 The Nut Job 2: Nutty by Nature Open Road Films 341 -505 -59.7% 7

Also, BOM lowered Friend Request's TC to 2,550 like the 2.5k BOP had on Friday.

Not surprised, it's bound to do terribly anyway. It'll likely drop some theaters next weekend if it does a sub-$1K average this weekend.

If Entertainment Studios even lets them  I'm fully expecting it to have a sub-1k PTA and be under mother! this weekend.

Ninjago is getting solid reviews so far.

The complaints about the water being realistic by Variety was an odd complaint considering they had realistic water in Lego Batman plus IIRC I think they said Lego Ninjago is meant to be set outside so in a kid's imagination they would be real water and floras

The solid reviews is a good sign that it'll perform well at the box office.

Quote

20th Century Fox’s sequel Kingsman: The Golden Circle from director Matthew Vaughn, is looking at a three-day comfortably in the high $40M range, possibly $50M at 4,000-plus sites with help from premium large format and Imax screens.

Lego Ninjago will easily be behind with anywhere from $31M-$44M per a variety of tracking services; however, the best bet is that the third WB animated Lego pic will arrive in the high $30Ms on 4,000 sites.

And Warner Bros. will definitely have a solid No. 3 slot with New Line’s Itwhich should easily bag around $30M, -50% in its third weekend for a $270M running cume.

Competitors think Friend Request will be a loner at the B.O. with a $4M weekend at 2,550 theaters, but ES insiders believe otherwise with a $8M-$10M three-day start.

David Gordon Green’s Stronger starring Jake Gyllenhaal as Boston Marathon bombing survivor Jeff Bauman opens at 575 locations via Roadside Attractions with a projected take around $2M.

Fandango Sales - 745am EST

Kingsman - 25.25/min

Lego - 12/min

I'm getting far lower numbers

2:10pm:

Kingsman 7.9 avg

Ninjango: 3.8 avg

Are you doing these by the actual minutes or the sales clock in the upper right hand corner (which I always use)?
