Ninjago as long as it does a $30M+ OW, everything will be fine. But upper 20's OW can happen too :sadben:.

At least it had a decent smaller animated budget like the other Lego films.

There is no confirmed budget for Ninjago but I assume it's similar to other WAG films so in the $60-80m range.

I suspect around 60m. It doesn't look like they used as many lego designs, as say Lego Batman or especially The Lego Movie.

There's also no IPs they have to license unlike previous Lego films. Storks cost $70m but that was more traditional CGI.

Yeah, it's an original Lego property / film. I'm guessing the budget is actually a bit lower then Lego Batman or The Lego Movie.

It's REALLY RARE for a Sony film to have a TC that low. All of their major wide releases this year were in over 3k theaters; the only ones that weren't were the Close Encounters rerelease and All Saints, and both of those were under 1k. Their lowest theater counts over 1k last year were Bough Breaks at 2,246, Brothers Grimsby at 2,235, and Billy Lynn at 1,176. Every other major release was in 2,900+.
