I would say PS is still weak though the trend of D2> OD > Prev is good. It needs to pick up really fast to come close to Sonic OW.

As always, the last couple of days will really turn things around, but I think this is a very strong increase, and shows people are getting ready to buy tickets. I'm hoping for better numbers of course, but I can see it holding up okay.

Hey, that's not so bad I guess. It actually increased from yesterday's sales (7 tickets). Granted, 7 of those tickets from today were just from one theater, but like I said, any increase is a good increase.

AQP II sold 10 tickets region wide.  Amazingly enough, that raises its Day Three comp all the way to 2.66m (82/8366 [0.98%] - 25.31% of It 2 after three days of pre-sales).  If I switch to the T-18 comp, however, things are far far less rosy at 11.02% of It 2 (1.16m) which is pretty close to Eric's numbers from Philly.

 

I think using a T-18 comp isn't especially helpful here, but it's not exactly looking rosy at the three day mark, either.

 

Anywho, putting this on the back burner for now.  May still collect daily info internally.  Might revisit it in a week or so to see if it's getting any steam, especially if it shows signs of life in other markets.

what about previews ? as this is more important , bc onward will probably be very very walk up heavy , so i dont think that it would be accurate if we try and predict the ow from its presales the previews however .....

Numbers are quite low at this point. At worst its looking at 2m preview and 35-45m OW. But I want to wait couple of days before we get a better picture of how OW.

at best ?  with 3 mill previews and if we apply the same multi we will see 55-69
