I waited like 5 hours in the online queue the day the tickets came out. I was like 60,000th, and then by sheer luck, I got through on the telephone.

It's a nightmare trying to get tickets in such big events. I remember when we were trying to get an Adele ticket for our aunt. I am not trying this again..
