I can't see it missing $680m.  It hits that with just GOTG 2 legs from here on out and it's holding better than GOTG 2.

 

If Disney actually gave it the I2 double features and a Labor Day expansion it could have done $690m

That’s a pretty good start for Ocean’s 8, should probably do $120-$125 million domestic and made a profit overseas. Which isn’t too bad for a reboot.

 

Solo has had its best hold so far. The film will be hit by Incredibles 2, and Jurassic World coming soon. $200 million may be a 50/50 shot. And overseas is flopping like a rock. So I wonder what it’s break-even point is? Well... it will likely not make it, ouch.

 

Deadpool 2 is turning to be quite sucessful. $300 million+ will happen

 

Hereditary had the best debut for A24, and nearly outgrossed last summer’s It Comes At Night domestic total. The film may see some bumpy roads as it may come close to $30 million

 

as for the rest meh, we know what’s up! Book Club is holding strong and that’s it. Infinity war is doing well. So box office is well behaved unlike last summer.
