I have Star/Born at a generous +33% even though it has sunk all my theories of overpredictions thus far.

but, Night School increased 38% last weekend.

Star/Born will increase 33% if Star/Born does 25% more on Saturday than Night School did with PTA

Star/Born should increase close to 36% if it doubles the PTA of Smallfoot's opening Saturday too

The Hate U Give is off to a very good start. Hopefully spells good news for when it goes wide in two weeks.

And lol its audience approval rating is 45% on RT, and almost definitely from people who haven't seen it. Never change, trolls.

Deadline is using a number marginally higher than Sony's 32.75 estimate

Quote

Sony can breathe a giant sigh of relief as their Marvel-verse Venom is absolutely working at the domestic box office with what is now estimated to be an $80M weekend after a $32.9M Friday...

Deadline has ASIB for $15.8M now and revised the weekend down so it did go down from their previous $16.4M estimate. I am guessing they didn't use the Tuesday and Wednesday preview number from before in their Friday estimate reported late last night.
