Yeah, that's more of a personal thought, domestically it is very clear that it will be bad. Chinese market just looks like it's past the rapid expansion days, even TWE and Endgame couldn't save this year from trending below last year. I thought if 2020 is lacking in Hollywood big hits, that must impact world markets as well as domestic, unless local films all over the world pick up the slack. Dunkirk made over 500 mil and is the highest grossing world war 2 movie and second highest grossing war movie (Wonder Woman isn't really a war movie so I'm not counting that). Interstellar's gross is also really good movie set in space (especially one that uses complex scientific theories to advance its plot). Tenet can easily make more than Interstellar. Dunkirk was an unorthodox war movie (that didn't really have much plot). it's a miracle that it made half a billion dollars. and idk why Interstellar only made 677M I guess sci-fi movies still don't have the widest reach and Nov release date probably played a factor. it's still huge numbers for an original movie.
