Weisz is also 15 minutes in Oz The Great and Powerful, yet she's the main villain. Don't know what's the big deal.
Mojoguy
Darth Vader only had 12 minutes of screen time in the first Star Wars movie. It all comes down to how well a character is used. I'm not defending Huntsman by the way.

Since Sherlock RDJ hasn't really been doing much outside the MCU that I've heard of. That's probably his choice though.

It's about how Charlize has been a gigantic focal point in the marketing when in truth Spoiler she's in for a small fraction of the movie, almost all of it at the very end. It's misleading, which is what people here have hit on. Edited April 21, 2016 by 4815162342

If you read those Sony e-mails Pascal wanted RDJ for at least half a dozen projects just in 2014.

BO-wise, you're probably right, but for example Jeremy Renner has been in pretty good movies before and after becoming Hawkeye, and he has a recurring supporting role in the MI series. He's been nominated twice... His own attempt at anchoring a blockbuster failed (Bourne Legacy), but he still gets interesting parts; he's starring in the next Villeneuve film. To be honest Renner and Scarjo probably have the best careers as far as quality roles outside of Marvel. Although it seems RDJ and Evans don't do much by choice. Guy was in hell for years and now that he's out he's soaking it in and relaxing in between franchise movies that treat him like king. Indies and dramas are hard and draining. Mojoguy
Although it seems RDJ and Evans don't do much by choice. Didn't Evans say he wanted to focus on directing instead of acting after he is done with Cap?

His directorial debut (Before We Go) was greeted with savage reviews and essentially went straight to VOD so he'll probably continue focusing on acting even if he gets a bunch of nothing parts after he's done with Captain America. He said a couple of years ago he wanted to more time so he could direct which might mean not acting in other films aside from Marvel. Since 2010, he's done a Marvel blockbuster a year except for 2012 which is when he did Snowpiercer and The Iceman. But he made an indie with Marc Webb last year after CW wrapped and he was wanted for Girl On a Train but there was schedule conflict with the Webb film. He said late last year he has another film on his schedule to direct, a studio project.

The budget was slashed from the first from $170m to $115m and considering the big salaries in play that's a huge cut in budget for actual film making. And it shows.

She is by far the main focal point of every marketing material. Every scene she is in and every line she says are in the trailer. It is beyond absurd tbh.
