4815162342
Only @Panda and @IronJimbo need to re-submit. My intention is to post the re-counted Top 100 within a few days or so, and if they don't re-submit then we'll have to go on without them. I will send them PM updates in a day or two to try and remind them. Also mods, any reason why this was de-stickied without notice? @grim22 @Water Bottle @Mr Pastaffelees @DeeCee @aabattery etc. Edited July 28, 2019 by 4815162342

They're all number 1 for me in general. there are just so many from all 3 movies Maybe they'll get Howard Shore for Amazon's LOTR series, crazy fuckers are spending a billion+ on that show right out of the gate

So could be possible that they bring other elements from the films. Howard Shore doing the whole TV show would be amazing. doubt it happens though. Doubt it happens though. No. Also, Amazon should probably stop calling it "Lord of the Rings" because it's going to be confusing as it is... The whole show is set in the Second Age. It'd be like calling a miniseries set in Medieval England "The American Civil War." Sure, it's likely a lot of the descendants OF your characters will end up being IN the Civil War. Eventually... Sure, it's likely a lot of the descendants OF your characters will end up being IN the Civil War. Eventually... I thought it was an Aragorn centered prequel series? And yes if it's set like many years before LOTR then it's confusing, because "The Lord of the Rings" is simply the story told in the LOTR novel. But, it's a powerful brand name. I'm not familiar with LOTR lore, if this is Second Age, when is LOTR set? I have read LOTR and of course read the hobbit in school but can't remember that. LawrenceBrolivier
Aragorn won't have been born for... I believe... THOUSANDS of years when this show starts. The Second Age spans about 3000 years. I think this show is covering about 2000 years of that? This entire series might end with the Last Alliance...which is the prologue to Fellowship... but even that's about 2000 years before Aragorn is born. I don't think they'll get Howard Shore to score this, either.

Beside some elves already shown in the Peter Jackson directed movies I think the only characters they could reuse is Gandalf and Radagast, as the actor portraying Saruman died a few years back. Plus maybe someone from the baddies beside Sauron
