I guess you are way younger than me then 😉 Spider-Man and me are of rather similar age, I knew the character since long before the first game I'd call video game was made possible per technological advancements. Even if including the arcade things.... (forgot the term)

No, it's a sci-fi detective thriller based on a manga where the lead is a once human/ now cyborg https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ghost_in_the_Shell_(1995_film)

Not really important to me, as not for me. I knew only about the live action version as no animated movies / tv-series for me (smilies work, animated movies.... makes me feel queasy and more, see being 2d-sighted might be the reason for that)

Not going to lie, it was incredibly easy to come up with a list of 50 comic book movies that I love, but it was also like pulling goddamn nails to actually try and get them in any kind of ranking/order. Had to make some hard cuts on this one to trim it down to 30. Also, I was surprised to realise that more than half of my Top 30 weren't Marvel/DC movies (barely). Turns out I'm not quite as much of a superhero shill as I initially thought I was. Also also, I was not joking when I said I was going to stan the hell out of Speed Racer for this. Anyway, here's my list. Speed Racer The Avengers Into the Spiderverse Ghost in the Shell The Dark Knight In this Corner of the World Avengers: Endgame Avengers: Infinity War The Death of Stalin Captain America: The Winter Soldier A Silent Voice Miss Hokusai Wonder Woman Black Panther Batman Begins Men in Black Civil War Guardians of the Galaxy Thor Ragnarok Sin City Hellboy 2 Castle of Cagliostro X-Men Days of Future Past Deadpool Kingsman Persepolis Whisper of the Heart Snowpiercer Dredd The Twelve Tasks of Asterix Is in this corner of the world a comic book based? If so, wow, I found another one to be included in the list. Such a underrated anime

titanic2187
Have a hard time to identify comic book based film, especially for manga based anime . I can only come out 27 CBM movies that IMO, truly worthy for the lists, do not wish to further include some sub-par film just to make it 30, 1. The dark Knight 2. Akira 3. V for vendetta - Is this eligible? 4. Spiderman : Into the spider-verse 5. Avengers : Infinity War 6. A Silent Voice 7. Doremon : Stand by me - Is this eligible? 8. Persepolis - just saw this last week 9. Deadpool 10. Captain America : Winter Soldier 11. In This corner of the world 12. Logan 12. MIB 13. Spiderman 14. Doraemon: Nobita in the Wan-Nyan Spacetime Odyssey - Is this eligible? 15. Captain America : Civil War 16. Avengers : Endgame 17. Edge of tomorrow 18. Spiderman 2 19. X-men : Days of the future past. 20. X2: x-men united 21. Iron Man 22. Wonder Woman 23. Big hero 6 24. Black panther 25. Kiki's Delivery Service 26. The dark knight Rises 27. Dr. Strange 2

Tower
Well I have seen all the big modern superhero films, so I figured that this list is an opportunity to catch up on the older ones. My first try is with the 78 Superman. All I got from it is an understanding of just how much better the genre has become, because this film is bad. Luthor's plan to get to the nuclear missile is more fitting for stealing a regular car. Lois Lane is a combination of Stupidity, incompetence and horrible shrieking. Man Of Steel is much better in every way. 1 2 1 1
The Panda
A week until the deadline! Remember, I need the list pm’d to me. Kiki's Delivery Service is NOT eligible though. I will include then replace it with The wind rises, as that film is eligible. Still thinking whether or not to kick Dr strange and TDKR out of the list. Also, I never got tired to point out how awful of Thor Ragnarok is, that is one of the ridiculous things i ever seen in MCU universe, a comical approach used to illustrate the tragic eventsssss in a very insensitive way, it is not even tragicomedy like little miss sunshine or Life is beautiful or Amelie, It is an straight out comedy filled with off-tangent joke. Thor lost his father, he lost his eyes, lost his mjolnir, lost his Asgard, lost his entire army to his sister, freaking bump into Thanos to the earth and about to lose his people and brother, what is so funny about all these? Too bad many regard highly on this film. This is even worse than thor 2, MCU fans who love this film, you are just build your happiness on Thor's pain. When thor met his mother again in Endgame, that scenes further reinforce my hatred on Thor 3.

Nah, that single scene of Clark Kent not saving Jonathan Kent in MoS was easily 10x more stupid, horrible, incompetent, unfitting than all those were said in SuperMan 1978 combined. Tower
Continuing to catch up, Batman (1989) is a good one and much better than Superman. Unfortunately, there are only 30 spots on the list, and a lot of good Comic Book films, so this will have to miss the list.
