It’s England only and it’s just a school holiday. So parents might be too busy babysitting or taking them to see Addams Family lol. It should give a small boost to everything else I guess. I would guess with the numbers bond is doing that teens are also going to see it so them being out of school should help.

PhilipJ2001
holidays start tomorrow here. at my cinema the competition for screens is really harming bond, as well as the length. selling out every show still but just down to 2 shows a day from tomorrow with all the new stuff and it being half term. wildphantom
I have to say, I saw Last Duel this afternoon - last day it’s on in Cardiff after one week’s play. Absolutely magnificent film that an audience who would love it have totally missed the boat on. I think it’s Scott’s finest film since the 80’s.

Sophia Jane
Have seen Dune in China, good movie, but I think it a bit boring and lacks of entertain compare to Marvel or Fast&Furuous film to most of Chinese,it won't be big in China

I’m sure it’ll still have a decent opening. Edited October 22, 2021 by Krissykins

Dune is down to front rows only tonight and tomorrow in IMAX at my local, but 2D and 4DX are lagging for sure. IMAX and Dolby are really skewing high for this

Krissykins
Also, I stand corrected @charlie Jatinder, when you were talking about increased prices for Bond a few weeks ago. Apologies. Bond is still £11.99 whereas Dune, Halloween Kills and Venom are £9.99. I thought they were doing £11.99 for all new releases, but it was just Shang-Chi and Bond getting that extra numbers boost. Krissykins
Venom 2’s first full week was bigger than Shang-Chi, behind only No Time to Die and Black Widow.
