Didn't happen for Spider-Verse, plenty of people still rank that one first, though its lower viewership compared to the live-action ones means that 2 keeps the crown in terms of popularity.

I enjoyed SV but would rank it 4th so far in Spidey films.  Very fun but mostly emotionally hollow.  Never got past the attempt to make me weepy or even give a fuck over the Peter murdering Uncle while Aunt May was not nearly as affected as she should be.  Spider-Pig though.

My surprise level here is zero. Marvel isn't known for its track record with slower character/family movies following an Oscar win -- they're known for pulling off satisfying crossover megaevents which at first blush seem to have too many characters to flow well.

But I didn't really think it would matter BOwise of it got 55 and I don't really think reviews matter much if it gets more like 95 either.

Oh look, someone to rain on the parade.

You all think I'm a Marvel hater but I'm pretty sure I'm the only one here who bought a ticket for 4 different showings.

Spoiler

Ok, they cost only 50 cents each. My regal subscription running out tomorrow and I didn't want to renew (cuz I'm gonna be out of the country over winter break) and I didn't know which day my friends were willing to go yet, so I bought a ticket for myself for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

IW is a non-stop roller coaster whereas Endgame is one of those tower rides that slowly builds, takes you higher then drops you.

Both experiences might've been interchangeable if it weren't for those classic anti-villain Thanos moments in IW. I absolutely love the action in IW but the Thanos character arc puts it over the top for me.
