Some countries including the UK are going back into lockdown. Wonder if they can “re release” the film there when theaters reopen

for sure. It’ll just resume where it left off.

I’m not convinced we’ll totally lock down though. Hopefully social distanced seating is the most they’ll do.

Just a rumour for now. Hopefully that’s all it is, but it is looking unfortunate.

So this is a small sample size of course, but my niece and nephew (15 and 18 years old, one male one female) saw it together last night and told us, and this is a direct quote, "It's the best movie we've ever seen T-Dan."

Pretty incredible coming from them.  They love Star Wars and the MCU and Potter and LOTR.  Never heard them praise a film like that before.

I wonder how many people under the age of 20 watching (and way more excited than I am for) the new Spiderman have even seen the Raimi films. Spoke to a bunch of people here in college and I dont know a single person who has. They only know the memes.

So did Marvel Studios do the heavy lifting for NWH?

I noticed Sony announced the three picture deal with Marvel after pre-sales for NWH broke the internet.

Seems like Sony really loves the Feige right now.

I mean they’re ATM live action fully hitched to the MCU.

Moderation

By the way, @Flopped has been suspended from the forums for one month for their consistent trolling. And I'll also say to everybody who responds to them to please just put them on your "Ignore" list. Responding to a troll only makes a situation worse. Let the staff handle this tomfoolery and everything will be fine.

Why such a low increase for WSS? The movie is truly dead

There's no IMAX/PLF anymore. Theater chains really need to have 2+ IMAX theaters at this point, because they're the only places people are going out to see movies these days.
