They don't need big stars for these movies, they need good writers.

In terms of box office, the don't  need good writers. ALl the need is Dinos chaisng people.

Box Office doesn't matter. This will sell more toys

I would love to see a Christmas set JW film released around Christmas. No joke, this is the next big thing.

Barbie 2 should be an Christmas film.

Both terrible writing and directing, supporting cast outside of old timers wasn't great either.

That's my point. Obviously they do need good writing. Not just dinosaurs chasing people.

Then why is the box office dropping?

True, but even with the drop the last JW movie made a lot of money for the studio.

Because it pretty much followed the same trajectory in both trilogies?

That is the norm...sequles take in less and less. Of course there are exceprions..like the Avengers movies, but there are always exceptions.

That's besides the point. The movies will follow the trajectory of the Transformers movies if they're not careful.

Am I the only one who hopes they introduce prehistoric mammals in this one? We've already had Paleozoic creatures (Dimetrodon and Lystrosaurus) in Dominion, and the Camp Cretaceous TV show briefly featured a saber-toothed tiger.
