Man I really dig Justin but..no...besides he ain't British...it's not happening.

After the greatness that is Fast and Furious 6, the Broccoli's will be begging for J-Lin.

Honestly, I don't know who they should pick for Bond. Not Nolan, not Lin.

I'm not seeing it. Lin brings action insanity and fun...but does he have the class? He's my Korean brother though, so mo power to Mr Lin. Edited by kowhite

Who was the last American director to direct a Bond film? Has Matthew Vaughn ever been approach or is he too busy. Nolan would be great but I imagine he'd want to bring in some of the people he's worked with but the Brocollis, MGM and Sony wouldn't allow him to produce it through Syncopy, Bond tends to be EoN produced with Sony and MGM distributing with no outside companies.

Refn is a bad fit. Hooper is just a very limited director. If they want the best possible director for a Bond movie who is also a great fit then their search should begin and end with Bigelow. Nolan can also be a good choice but the problem with Nolan is that he is not going to make a Bond movie, rather he will make a Nolan version of a Bond movie and that may not be such a good idea..

Refn would certainly be an interesting idea

I imagine his bond movie would either be brilliant or the worst of the series

I like those odds ... always been a fan of roulette  :D

I love Refn but he is a terrible fit. He loves lingering shots and that won't work in the quick cuts world of Bond. He has a fetish for violence and that's another big problem for a franchise like this.

Errr...what? Skyfall ripped off TDK in a lot of ways and received a ton of praise. If anything, we have proof that a Nolan style Bond movie can be great. It's called Skyfall. I'd rather not see Nolan waste his youth on franchise pictures.
