druv10
I have Shitto bias against TTT and Shirkeapoo. I never said I was totlaly objective about those two. I hate Shitto. Why did we have to lose Heath Ledger?Okay but FOTR has Blanchett in it so how do you watch that classic? Do you skip over her part?

druv10
So another totally standard number being twisted as "horrible" of out of the ordinaryIt's normal but it needs to start having better drops or it'll finish under FOTR unadjusted. filmnerdjamie
Sounds to me like someone is upset The Hobbit isn't dominating like most predicted and others here are noting that...
ddddeeee
? ........ no one said it was horrible.I think he just has to post something like that in every Hobbit thread. He gives people grief for being repetitive but he's easily the most repetitive poster on this site.
John Marston
Sounds to me like someone is upset The Hobbit isn't dominating like most predicted and others here are noting that... Nope. Already had a feeling it wouldn't explode domestically for a while. Overseas is the real disappointment for me

DAR
That's not really a great number for Monster's Inc. Then again it's hard to feel real bad for a film that's already made it's money back.
filmnerdjamie
Disney damn near nothing to promote Monsters Inc 3D. Not surprised in the slightest.
druv10
Looks like the cash grab 3D re-releases is going to be short lived. Edited December 20, 2012 by druv10
Frankie
Looks like the cash grab 3D re-releases is going to be short lived. It's very cheap to convert computer animated films to 3D. Supposedly It only cost them about $3 million to convert Monsters Inc to 3D so I imagine we will continue to see these conversions. They'll just be more selective about which properties to convert. They'll just do the ones that they believe they can get a reasonable audience to show up with little marketing so that the price doesn't become exorbitant.
