Nonsense. D and D mainstreamed in the 80's. Lots of TV shows had references to  it.

 

If the Game Night people are in charge, it's a sign this movie is not going to take itself too seriously. Probably the right approach.

And it has got to be better then the 2001 disaster.

What was funny is that the producers opened it about week before LOTR:FOTR opened.Talk about miscalculations.

I'm totally confused about A Quiet Place. So someone Not Krasinski is directing or Krasinski is directing but in 2024 for 2025 release? why wait for so long? Either way, it seems to support a certain Krasinski rumor that would require him to clear his schedule.

The guy who directed Pig is making an AQP spin-off for 2023, and then Krasinki (I presume) is doing the official AQP3 in 2025.
