If this actually happens it will be a really pleasant and welcome suprise. What makes Christmas time fun at the box office is when several movies so gangbusters, not just one.

A good number of these reactions seem like pre-recorded random lines of dialogue intended for something else.

I saw this the other day and was pleasantly surprised. I think it's the best one from DW since HTTYD II.

I'm actually putting my hopes for the holiday box office on this movie, not Avatar.

 

We KNOW Avatar will be big. It's agiven. But one big movie alone doesn't really power the box office. We need more. So yeah, my eyes are fixed closely on this. Can it get families and more people, period, out to the theatre this holiday season? Guess we'll see.

December 2009 was an amazing time for box office. 2022 won't be as exciting, but I really hope this one also does well.

Oh hell yeah! I actually think I mentioned just that in another thread awhile ago. I mean, that December 25-27 weekend in 2009? Adjust all those numbers for inflation and WOW! I wonder what it all adjust to. That'll never happen at the box office again it feels like.

Still a robust 8.2 average rating. This being a breakout would be the shock plot twist 2022 needs to end it.
