baumer
I agree that cinemascore is useless but I can see why Neighbors got a B. Thats whst I gave it lol.
Fancyarcher
Legend of Oz's high audience score continues to baffle me. Still a huge flop, good cinemascore or not.
grim22
18M+ basically means a 47-48M weekend for Neighbors. That is beyond my already extremely high expectations. Awesome Friday performance.
tommycruise
Neighbors is going to swing in like a wrecking ball, naked like Miley Cyrus and it's going twerk all over the face of the competition Edited May 10, 2014 by BOOYAH SUCKAS
holcs
I can't concentrate on numbers. My two little dogs escaped today and I've been out looking for them. Only problem is they got out of the house middle of the day, and we didn't find out until the evening. Tomorrow's agenda: visit local shelters, prowl the area, and (I guess) make "Missing" signs. uhhh. That's rough man. Any true dog lovers know how much of the family they become. Really hope you find the little guys, positive thoughts/vibes being sent your way. GL As for Neighbors-not surprised at all at those numbers. Some comedies just have that perfect vibe that you know will hit with high schoolers, college kids, all the way up through people in their 30s to even 40s. I always thought it might break out in a way similar to the first Hangover- my 47m prediction is looking pretty solid. Talkie
Cap and Rio just keep chugging along. Great to see the Captain legging it out to $250M+. I was one of those who thought that the April slot would be a handicap for TWS, but Kevin Feige knew what he was doing.
Heretic
At least this means that Neighbors won't hurt Godzilla muchIt wouldn't anyway. It's not direct competition, the two can co-exist just fine.

Is it possible they might still wonder if that April opening cost Cap 2 some money? Looking at the critical praise might have them thinking it should have made more.
