#ED
5-6M for Fault. There's no way it does 10M... Edited June 6, 2014 by #ED
keysersoze123
I will be shocked by 5M based on EOT previews.

bballman24
Most recent comparison point is Oblivion's 1.1M.This comparison is way better than Eva Green bewbs movie... I mean 300 sequel.
Ando918
Movietickets.com has Fault way, way ahead of E of T by a margin of about 10 to 1, but I guess that is to expected given how E of T would not be big on advanced ticket sales in the first place - a 25-30 OW would probably just get lots of walk ups. But it will be interesting to see if Fault can actually match Divergent's OW of 55 million. Edited June 6, 2014 by Ando81
GregBeuke
I say 25 million opening weekend and 72-75 million domestic. There's just too much competition and not enough interest. Despite there being strong word of mouth from moviegoers and critics.

Despite there being strong word of mouth from moviegoers and critics. I can't recall any original scifi movie grossing 1.8M in previews missing the 30M during its opening. This had to compete against the massive interest of FIOS and also is receiving very strong WOM. I cant see how it misses the 30M opening mark. baumer
Well based on what Rth said Fault should do at least 8.
stripe
25M would mean an OD around 9M with previews. Only 7.2M on Friday alone? Dont think so!
kayumanggi
I have just seen EDGE OF TOMORROW. It's the best movie I've seen this year. I hope it does well.

Kalderic
not a bed number. I honestly expected less after how empty the theater was last night. I am really curious to see the number for FioS now.
Dingdong123
I really hope it crosses 30M OW and goes on to pass 100M dom with the great WOM. Hard for it to happen though.
