I think Shazam might suffer from being released between Captain Marvel and Endgame. People might well think
"We saw Captain Marvel a few weeks ago, and we will be seeing Engame in a couple of weeks;just don't feel like another CBM this week".

A lot of people don't have a bottomless appetite for Comic Book Movies.

Sad fact is a lot of good movies get lost in the shuffle.

Are people panicking already?? I don’t see how this makes below 400M worldwide. It’s budget is only 80M. 300M and it’s already making money.

I have heard 100 Million as the budget.

Oh, Warners will make a profit of it, but probably not what they were hoping.

And I think they picked a bad release date  tto close to both Captain Marvel and Endgame.

Yeah, people here freak out easy,but I think best case scenario Shazam is looking to be only a modest sucess

I guess after Aquaman it looks like a disappointment. But it’ll be a success.

That is pretty amazing. Speaks for the release date with winding down big movies(CM), movies you can take the risk on(a remake of a film being popular 40? years ago) and not much ahead till Endgame.

To clarify, I’m pretty sure he means in terms of DCEU movies (or whatever we’re supposed to call them), since TDK and TDKR opened in more theater rooms.
