grim22
http://www.cinemablend.com/new/Fifty-Shades-Grey-2-3-Happening-Get-Details-69644.html Hollywood is now officially moving forward with both Fifty Shades sequels, Fifty Shades Darker and Fifty Shades Freed. The news that Anastasia Steele would be returning to the big screen two more times broke Friday and the response from fans was insane. According to MTV, lead cast members Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan, along with director Sam Taylor-Johnson and author E.L. James were at a special "Fifty Shades First" fan screening at New York’s Zeigfeld Theatre when they revealed the big news, sending fans into a complete tizzy. The announcement that the second and third book of the Fifty Shades trilogy will be getting their big screen adaptations comes after news that the first film's advance ticket sales have been absolutely crushing previous expecations. CJohn
This one is gonna suffer an Allegiant.
ddddeeee
Looks like it has even less of a plot than the last one. Everything seems so apathetic - they even reused the music from the Darker trailer. The wedding aspect might play really well with it's audience though. Deja23
Oh yikes. That looks about as 'good' as the last one. And why is she still surprised about how rich he is? She married him and doesn't realize he can afford a private plane??!
cookie
Black Panther OW O/U this domestic total would make a good club. Edited September 10, 2017 by cookie
FantasticBeasts
I think that the fanbase is loyal enough to sustain this. Don't forget that the last two movies made huge profit. If the budget is low enough (which it should be), it will do very well.
75Live
let's see if they can make it even worse than the 2nd one where pretty much literally nothing happens and still somehow had worse acting and more

Maybe it could, not unlikely, but if that audience is as much the Twilight audience that I suspect they are, they have an history of being very loyal. It's not a Twilight by any means, the second one fell 30% domestic and 40% WW. Twilight actually increased with the second movie and then stayed flat. Won't be surprised if this one falls even more. The trilogy should make good profit for Universal, but it doesn't feel like the audience is particularly loyal considering the second movie comedown.
Barnack
First one played outside is fanbase because it turned into a event movie, but the fanbase that still went to watch the second one..... Will see.
