The acting was fantastic I thought, especially Adams. Like I said, I thought the story had a lot of interesting and unique ideas about if something like this were to happen. I won't give any specifics obviously but suffice to say I just thought it was intelligent and compelling. Will need to see it again.

"What about the eye-candy?", asked the Shay eagerly, "Any good looking creatures, ships or action?"

And I suppose there are some pretty tense thriller moments, being this director's specialty....

Looks like the trailer sparked some intrigue. 5.6 million views in a few days.

The film is now 16th on IMDB (jumping 1000 places). That's good.

Yeah, it's at 7.3m views right now on Youtube. Not bad at all.

Enjoyed the trailer, caught me by surprise.

If it comes out of TIFF with great reviews I don't think 100m+ is unrealistic.  This summer was fucking awful, I think audiences are may waiting for something good.  Villeneuve is quickly becoming one of my new favorites, another home run from him would make me sweat less about Bladerunner 2.
