I like TLW but i can understand that. Its strange, because the sequence alone is very entertaining as a Godzilla hommage, but it just feels like its from a different movie. You get the feeling theres atleast two or three whole scenes missing.

there were parts in jp3 that had far more tension that all of jp2 (except for the 2 t-rexes avenging their baby bit which was well done).

i liked the bird cage part of jp3 a lot. overall felt the movie was B-.

characters were weak in both. jp2 had malcom and jp3 had grant, but they made a far bigger impact in jp1 imo.

Zilla 98 isnt a Godzilla movie. IT IS NOT!

 

TLW is very divisive. I like it a lot except some stupid parts but i can see why anyone would dislike it.
