I am going to see my brother and we are going to see Batman vs. Superman today as well. I'm probably a good example for the effect of Good Friday on the opening day box office. I will see the film at 3 PM. Normally I would be at work until 6 PM or so. For these big movies I usually wait until Sunday morning to see them. Force Awakens and Jurassic World are recent examples.

Whatever war of words Warner Bros.’ Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice lost with critics with a 30% Rotten Tomatoes score, it’s making up for four-fold at the box office. Last night,  Zack Snyder’s Dark Knight and Son of Jor’El smackdown had a great Thursday at the B.O. reaping $27.7M.

Which tells me that Walk-Ups weren't as big as people thought because according to Fandango it was outselling Ultron in pre-sales

$100,000 over Ultron seems like a fudge job. Even so it's not that great. With a lot of people off work today, that should have boosted the late night shows. Maybe it would have gone under $25m without the holiday.
