December wouldn't make as much difference as people expect for a MCU or any fanbase heavy movie. The movie would just have a slightly lower opening with better legs leading to slightly better finish.

No Time to Die's premiere date was set before studios were worried about corona though. Disney setting the premiere date right now is just odd.
