Pete's Dragon will still be profitable, it was budgeted sensibly and I think even Disney knew it wasn't going to be a huge hit. 

 

The BFG Disney only part funded since it's a joint venture with Reliance, Walden and Amblin/DreamWorks so they're not losing out by much.
