However, yesterday, rivals show Get Out shooting up an amazing 20% over Monday for an estimated $4.95M. That Tuesday take kills the first Tuesdays of The Purge: Election Year ($4.3M on July 5), Conjuring 2 ($4.8M) and is 32% higher than Split‘s first Tuesday ($3.76M) and 66% higher than Don’t Breathe‘s ($2.98M). Current cume to date for Get Out is an estimated $42.45M, and many say it’s a no brainer that the pic will hit $100M.

4th 100m movie of 2017 is coming.

We are off to a great start.

Do not forget JW2

It still has a slightly chance to reach 100M.

Doubtful. Considering Logan and the other March hitters are coming (but especially Logan this weekend), its holds and theater count will drop considerably.

The worst-case scenario I can see if everything goes wrong is:

$3.22m Wednesday (-35%)

$2.9m Thursday (-10%)

$5.8m Friday (+100%)

$7.2m Saturday (+25%)

$4.3m Sunday (-40%)  which would still get it a $17.3m weekend and ~$61m by Monday. The question isn't if it crosses $100m, but when. $25m+ this weekend is very doable, imho.
