Same thing here as in Denver. The Shang-Chi day 2 count was late. Also I'll probably only post SC comps for a couple more days before taking it out. Then I'll wait until T-10 days or something so there's not an overlap with the beginning of SC's presale run and the middle of Venom's run.

Did he? I can certainly see that happening over time. 
 

The couple in front of us in the cinema walked out. It’s daft but entertaining and certainly going to bomb, so it has all the makings of a cult classic.

Well, maybe, maybe not.  Decided to add an F9 comp after all.  Interestingly enough it barely budged.  TSS actually increased a smidge, which probably says more about TSS than V2.  Still:  Noted.

 

BW comp was practically unchanged as well (did dip ever so slightly) while the SC comp did in fact go down a small amount.   So... Huh.  Especially on the F9 comp.

 

All but one theater has now checked in, with the last one having its showtimes up but not yet for sale.  So they'll probably go up tomorrow.

 

Not much else to say.

Unlike my joke last night, this was a pretty nice day.  Had a rise day-over-day, which is always good and comps increased on everything.  Slightly mitigated by the fact that the last theater finally checked in.  On the other hand, they only contributed 14 ticket sales, so it would still have been an increased day (76 vs 69).

 

Don't know if it was just a blip or not, but it's a good day regardless.

Some of my Regals have showtimes for NTTD up. Previews start at 4 and thankfully it seems they aren't doing that dumbass "PLF all Thursday" idea MGM had back in 2020.
