Twitter is freaking out about this trailer but NWH first trailer dropped less than 4 months before the movie. DS2 trailer dropped just a tiny earlier than 4 months before the actual movie.

 

Thor is exactly 4 months away, is just following the same pattern. We're probably getting this teaser by next week and the final trailer with DS2.

I don't even like that much Taika, I could not stand What do we do in the shadows neither movie or series but I did love Ragnarok and Jojo Rabit.

The value of putting out a trailer 5 months+ in advance isn't worth it to Disney anymore. Studios are doing shorter marketing timeframes since COVID which makes sense.

For all we know this has some unexpected connection to DS2 and the trailer won’t come out until May. It’s not like that would hurt the movie any.

Anyways great. Shorter the trailer window is better. Hollywood need a redo on their entire marketing thing.

 

Releasing a trailer 6-7 months before release is waste. Release a teaser 1.5 months before release and trailer with tickets on sale. Simple.

one, I think we should cool it down a little bit here, and 

 

two, I still think they should just released the movie without a trailer! They’re Marvel! You don’t need footage. You just need the release date. I’m not getting any spoilers out. 😂😂😂
