Dark Fate as also very decent, it has some really good ideas, it needed a better script and director to be a really good movie aswell, but it’s good anyway.

This is the typical movie that paid for years on deception, this could be a hit without so many bombs behind it. But the marketing is the worst part, even worse than Doctor Sleep, they make a entertaining movie looks like an absolute trash.

Most audience will only watch "Dark Fate" and "Doctor Sleep" through streaming, just like what happened to "Dredd".

That's why it dropped much worse than Genysis on the 2nd week (wed-to-wed, fri-to-fri, or weekend-to-weekend)

Dark Fate don't have a full 2nd week yet, neither a 2nd Wednesday.

Friday to Friday has a bigger drop because Genisys' opening day was on Wednesday. Same for the weekend to weekend drop.

Dark Fate will have good late legs, it's a good movie and audiences are responding well to it. There are no interesting action movies on the horizon, people will eventually check out the well reviewed Dark Fate.

No they won't. People are not interested in this film. Its embarrassing boxoffice since it opened clearly shows that.

"Dark Fate" won't have good legs.   "Dredd" also had terrible box office legs.  Most people just  don't want to watch this kind of films in theaters.
