BOOOOO APPLE BOOOOOOOOOO

I liked the theatrical cut and I suspect pretty much all the positive reviews were with the added caveat of...well I'm sure my big issues will be solved with better pacing and runtime length.

Why is Apple so against releasing the four hour cut? They’re a streaming service! They can afford to release an alternate cut of a movie from a well known director.

Probably because it didn't do well no matter what they claim officially. That 4 hour cut most likely requires extra VFX work they are not willing to fund.

I liked the film but he was on Joker lite mode the entire run time!

Which was a mistake for Napoleon. You never felt  the guy on the screen was one of the greatest Military geniuses who ever lived, which you should have got.

Still waiting for the 4-hour director's cut I was promised

So am I but I am not holding my breath.

Really curios to see what battles ended up on the cutting room florr. Still surprised they left out Nappy's first Italian Campaign, which is really where he made his reputation as a great general, much more then Toulon.
